      3. Animate layers as desired
      4. Create a New Adjustment Layer
      5. Go to Effects & Presets Panel (Windows …Effects & Presets)
      6. Search for ‘Wigglerama’
      7. Click & Drag on Adjustment Layer
      8. Adjust settigs to taste
      9. Wiggle Speed: 0.5
      10. Wiggle Nervousness: 1.0
