How To Use Time Stretch in Adobe After Effects CC 2023:
- Open a Composition
- Add Layers of Animation to speed up or slow down
- Select Layer
- Right-Click or go to Layer Menu
- Select Time…Time Stretch
- Drag % Slider to the Right to Slow Down (higher %)
- Drag % Slider to the Left to Speed Up (lower %)
- Click Ok
- Tap Spacebar to Preview
How To Add Stretch To Layers Panel:
- Right-click on Header area in Layers Panel
- Select ‘Stretch’
- Click on % to open Comp Settings or,
- Drag to left to speed up
- Drag to right to slow down
