How To Use Paint Bucket Effect in Adobe After Effects CC 2023:

1. 1. Open or create new Composition
   2. Add Footage such as graphics, photos or videos
   3. Select Layer to add color fill
   4. Go to Effects & Presets Panel (Windows…Effects & Presets)
   5. Type in search field ‘Paint’
   6. Select ‘Paint Bucket’ and drag on to layer
   7. Go to ‘Fill Point’ property
   8. Click on Color Control icon
   9. Click on area to recolor
   10. Go to Color Property
   11. Click on swatch or Eyedropper
   12. Select New Color
   13. Change Tolerance to control amount of color fill to an area
   14. Change Stroke if you only want Stroke and no fill
   15. Play around with other settings for different options
