Screenflow 10: How To Use Global Library
Description:
This tutorial will show you how to save files to the Global Library in Screenflow 10 that can be reused in any Screenflow Project.
The Global Library can be accessed by clicking the Media Tab (cmd + 9) in the Inspector Panel and then clicking on the Globe icon (3rd tab)

How To Add Files To The Global Library in Screenflow 10:
- Open Media Library
- Right-click and select ‘Add To Global Library’
- Click on the ‘Global Library’ icon to view the file
- Drag any file from Global Library to Canvas
- Global Library files available in all Screenflow projects
How To Import Files To The Global Library in Screenflow 10:
- Open Media Library
- Click on the ‘Global Library’ icon to view the file
- Select the Plus (+) icon with a drop-down arrow and select ‘Import’ file
- Choose the file to import and select ‘Open’
How To Delete Files From The Global Library in Screenflow 10:
- Open Media Library
- Click on the ‘Global Library’ icon
- Right-click on any item in the Global Library and select ‘Delete’
- Click ‘Continue’ in the pop-up menu to confirm the deletion
How To View Global Library Files in Finder:
- Open Media Library
- Click on the ‘Global Library’ icon
- Right-click on any item in the Global Library and select ‘View in Finder’
