This tutorial will show you how to set or change the Framerate in Screenflow 10. You will learn how to set the Framerate for a New Recording or Document or how to change the Framerate of an existing or open Screenflow 10 project.

(1) How To Change Framerate in Screenflow 10 (New Recording):
- Open Screenflow application
- Click on File in the Top Menu
- Click on New (Cmd +N)
- Click on ‘New Recordings’
- Click Ellipsis in the top-right corner
- Click on the drop-down menu to select Framerate
(2) How To Change Framerate in Screenflow 10 (New Document):
- Open Screenflow application
- Click on File in the Top Menu
- Click on New (Cmd +N)
- Click on ‘New Document’
- Click on the drop-down menu to select Framerate
(3) How To Change Framerate in Screenflow 10 (Open Document):
- Open Existing Screenflow Document/Project
- Click on File in the Top Menu
- Click on ‘Document Settings’
- Click on the drop-down menu to select Framerate
- Read the warning dialog and click ‘Continue’
- Click on ‘Update’ to change the Framerate
