Screenflow 10: How To Change Frame Rate (fps)

This tutorial will show you how to set or change the Framerate in Screenflow 10. You will learn how to set the Framerate for a New Recording or Document or how to change the Framerate of an existing or open Screenflow 10 project.

(1) How To Change Framerate in  Screenflow 10 (New Recording):

  1. Open Screenflow application 
  2. Click on File in the Top Menu
  3. Click on New (Cmd +N)
  4. Click on ‘New Recordings’
  5. Click Ellipsis in the top-right corner
  6. Click on the drop-down menu to select Framerate

(2) How To Change Framerate in  Screenflow 10 (New Document):

  1. Open Screenflow application 
  2. Click on File in the Top Menu
  3. Click on New (Cmd +N)
  4. Click on ‘New Document’
  5. Click on the drop-down menu to select Framerate

(3) How To Change Framerate in  Screenflow 10 (Open Document):

  1. Open Existing Screenflow Document/Project
  2. Click on File in the Top Menu
  3. Click on ‘Document Settings’
  4. Click on the drop-down menu to select Framerate
  5. Read the warning dialog and click ‘Continue’
  6. Click on ‘Update’ to change the Framerate
