How To Convert To Paintings in Photoshop:

1. Open a photo or video
2. Select layer in the Layers Panel
3. Right-click and select ‘Convert To Smart Object’
4. Go to the top menu
5. Click on ‘Filter’
6. Click on ‘Filter Gallery’
7. Twirl open Artistic category
8. Click on ‘Dry Brush’
9. Drag sliders to get desired painterly look
10. Brush Size: 6
11. Brush Detail: 7
12. Texture: 1
13. Click ‘OK’

How To ‘Bump’ up the Color:

1. Click on the half/moon icon below layers
2. Click on ‘Hue/Saturation’
3. Drag Saturation slider to the right to increase saturation

How To Edit or Make Adjustments:

1. Double click on ‘Filter Gallery’ to open Filters
2. Make adjustments to Dry Brush as necessary
3. Click ‘OK’
4. Select the Hue/Saturation Layer
5. Make adjustments to saturation/vibrance
