How To Use Colorize Neural Filter in Adobe Photoshop CC 2023:

1. Open a black & white photo or video
2. Select layer in the Layers Panel
3. Go to the Filter Menu at the top
4. Click on ‘Neural Filters’
5. Locate ‘Colorize’
6. Click on the Download Icon to install
7. Toggle the On switch to enable
8. Confirm the box is check for ‘Auto Color Image’
9. Select Profile/Preset from list (optional)
10. Twirl open Adjustments
11. Drag sliders to get the look and feel of the colorized photo or video
12. Go to ‘Output’ options at the bottom
13. Select ‘Smart Filter’ (my recommendation, but you might choose other

To Modify or Edit:

1. Go to Layer
2. Click on the hamburger menu (3 lines) to adjust Blending Mode
3. Double-click on Smart Filter to re-open Neural Filters Panel
4. Make adjustments
5. Click ‘OK’
6. Repeat as necessary
