How To Collect Files in Adobe After Effects CC 2022

  1. Go to the top menu in After Effects
  2. Click on ‘File’
  3. Click on ‘Dependencies’
  4. Click on ‘Collect Files’
  5. Click ‘Save’ 
  6. Click the drop-down menu for ‘Collect Source Files’ and select ‘All’
  7. Uncheck ‘Generate Report Only’  
  8. Check ‘Reveal collected project in finder when finished’
  9. Click ‘Comments’ and type a message if you want to save it in the text report
  10. Click on ‘Collect’
  11. Enter the title of Footage Folder 
  12. Click ‘Save’
  13. Review Footage Folder 
  14. Zip/Compress Folder (optional)
  15. Ready to Share
